The apartment is fully furnished with a Queen-size bed, computer desk, couch that turns into a bed, flat screen LCD TV and high-speed internet (wifi), fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, stove, dishes and more. minimum rentals of 30 days (or more) is mandatory. The utilities such as electricity, gas, and Internet are not included. it runs for $360 a month. You will find a lot of storage place and basically what ever you might need just to settle and live there. Other thing to note: Please take note of the following details before booking: Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $360 per month. The payment should be made directly to host at check-in. For some cases between June 1st - September 1st, a minimum stay of 90 days may be required. To ensure a smooth check-in process, please coordinate your arrival time in advance, at least 72 hours prior to check-in. For last-minute bookings, please provide advance notice of a few hours. Please be aware that a late check-in fee of $100 will be charged for arrivals after 8 PM, and a fee of $200 will be charged for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance, and there is a pet registration fee ranging from $400 to $500 depending on size, amount and length of stay. While access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, you can receive packages without any issue. Please note that the furniture and decoration in the apartment may vary from the photos listed online. We periodically update and refresh the furniture and decor, so there might be a small discrepancy between the online photos and the actual look of the apartment. Rest assured, the apartment will be well-appointed and comfortable for your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please don't hesitate to contact us. We can arrange it for an additional fee. Check-out time is by 11 AM. Before you check out, please empty the refrigerator and throw away all trash. In addition, the 4,5,6 Green Line 86 Street Subway Station and M15 cross town bus are in walking distance. This is very convenient to travel up and down the city with ease.
